Q: Where can I purchase your mouth-watering chocolate? Top

The popularity of the Brookside products continues to grow rapidly in the United States. Brookside products can be found in selected wholesale/club and mass merchandise outlets. Our distribution is growing rapidly - if you are having trouble finding our products please email us at info@brooksidefoods.com.

Q: What about fair trade in Cocoa products? Top

At Brookside, we hold ourselves to the highest standard of chocolate production and fair trade is no exception to this commitment. As a member of the World Cocoa Foundation, we are dedicated to ensuring cocoa is grown responsibly.

As an industry we are focused on several key issues that include: raising farm family incomes; addressing important farm community issues such as access to quality, relevant education; raising awareness of responsible labour practices; safe farming techniques; and enhanced methodology and business practices to provide greater prosperity.

Ultimately, our industry depends upon the well being of cocoa farmers and their families. We recognize this fact, and since the 1990's, we have worked to build successful partnerships and programs that create thriving cocoa communities.

Q: Can I get a factory tour? Top

Our manufacturing facilities are dedicated to produce the highest quality confectionary products. Quality you have come to expect from Brookside. Because of this commitment to quality, as well as safety, we do not provide public factory tours.

Q: How should I store chocolate? Top

Chocolate products are particularly vulnerable to storage and handling conditions. Confectionary products should be stored in ideal conditions in a cool and dry place at an optimum temperature between 59-70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Q: Are your products Kosher? Top

Yes. Brookside ® products are prepared under the supervision of the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union.

Q: Do your products contain any preservatives/artificial ingredients? Top

No. Brookside ® products do not contain preservatives, artifical flavors or artificial colors. Natural Flavors are used.

Q: I have allergies, what allergens are contained in your products? Top

Please check the ingredient statement carefully on every bag purchased. All of the Brookside ® items contain Milk and Soya (from Soy Lecithin). Our items may contain Peanuts, Wheat, Almonds, Cashews, Macadamia Nuts, Pecans, Hazelnuts, and /or other Nuts not mentioned. Products do not contain sulphites.

Q: I am a Diabetic, do you have any products I can purchase? Top

Brookside Products contain Sugar . Please consult the Nutritional Facts Panel for Sugar content and other nutritional information. If you have any concerns, please consult your physician regarding the consumption of Brookside ® Confectionary items.
